DESCRIPTION
We created this spacious home in just 1,246 square feet by opening up the living spaces to flow into one another and vaulting the ceilings in key rooms for added volume. The front porch wraps slightly, giving the illusion of a larger home on the outside, while inside a cathedral ceiling maximizes space in the open great room and dining room. The kitchen features a center skylight, breakfast bar, and access to the garage via a screened porch. Two bedrooms share a bath up front, while the master suite with cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet, and well-equipped bath maintains privacy in back.
