I want to express my appreciation to you and your team for your professionalism and your sense of always doing what’s right for your clients and home buyers. I bought my home from you in August 2006 in the Hillsborough subdivision. I have been extremely pleased with my home from the beginning of the process in choosing the lighting, flooring, paint colors, etc. to the present time.
From the first day when I visited with you at the time of the sale of the home while it was still under construction, I was impressed with your straightforward, honest manner. As a widow and coming from out of state, I was insistent that we have everything in writing because I had unfortunately experienced some issues in the past where business owners had not been forthcoming or truthful. You stated that, “My word is all you need. If I tell you something, you can count on it being so.” At the time, I must confess that I was a little doubtful, but you have proved to me over the past two years that your word is indeed all a client needs.
Recently, I had a problem with a leak and my home was two years old, well past the one year warranty time period. Without any hassle or complaint, you sent your roofer out to fix the leak, free of charge. You told me that you had no problems with making this right since there possibly was a mistake at the time the house was built. It was so reassuring to know that you were a man of your word who would stand by your product and not try to find an easy way out of remedying the situation. I definitely appreciate the fact that you not only claim to be a Christian, but that you actually live your faith.
I can way that, without reservation, I would recommend you to any home buyer who wants a quality house at a fair price. I can alwo say that I would recommend you to any home owner who needs repairs done and needs them done well and in a timely manner. I feel very fortunate in that I bought my my house in Hillsborough from you and not from one of your competitors. I have heard “horror stories” from my neighbors who have called on their builders and have not been treated in a courteous or fair way. I have never had to worry about that with you.
